No, we are not a contractor. We do hire licensed, insured contractors for the construction of all projects. Pacific Coast Power is an energy asset investor, and we partner with real estate developers for the mutual benefit of both parties.v
How early should Pacific Coast Power get involved in the development or project?v
Before you break ground, ideally the earlier the better. If we plan together and ahead to intertwine the energy assets required for the development, we will avoid change orders and unnecessary delays to the development.
